Fishing nets that have been lost have no place in the sea. They are a threat to the sensitive maritime ecosystem, for example through microplastics or when living creatures get caught in them. When it comes to our swimwear, we use high-quality fabrics that are made from these so-called ghost nets. The ghost nets are first recovered and then processed into yarn using a special process.
